CorEden-Sterling is based in Burnley, Lancashire, England.
Our activities are governed by the law of England.
We operate only through the internet and mail order.
We do not have shop premises, but we do also offer items through Ebay where we trade as 'Sparkling Stones 2009,' and through Antiques-now.co.uk.
Unless a listing states otherwise, the advertised price for any item is the price you pay.
We do not charge postage and all items are sent either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery,
Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Parcelforce.
We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Notes on Watch Sales
We sell pre owned, vintage, and antique famous name, ladies' and gents' wristwatches, as well as Victorian silver pocket watches, chains and fobs.
Having acquired a watch from one of our sources we list it for sale almost immediately.
We do not clean, repair, service or restore.
Our watches are attractively boxed in modern cases.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective description, watches will not be accompanied by original paperwork, maker's box or guarantee.
We do our best to ensure that our descriptions are comprehensive and accurate, and that our photographs are helpful in enabling prospective buyers to make a decision.
Should you wish additional high resolution pictures of some aspect of a watch we will be happy to provide them on request
We will always mention any faults of which we are aware but to a lesser or greater extent our watches are likely to bear some evidence of their age and consequent wear.
Our seven day money back (no questions asked) guarantee covers all watches sold, subject to their return in the same condition as when sold.
We refund without argument, though we do ask you to be responsible for the return postage costs, unless we have been at fault, in which case these will be met by ourselves.
We aim to have happy buyers, not least because we benefit from return business.

Returns/Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, all goods are supplied backed by a seven day 'no questions asked' money back guarantee.
In return we ask that any returns be properly packed and insured, and returned in the same condition received.
All returns should be sent to our Administration Office address - not our warehouse.
This will ensure that the matter is dealt with promptly at the highest level.

Q. Are weekends included in your seven day return guarantee period?
A. We endeavour to offer a personal service, and to abide by the spirit rather than the letter of our guarantee.
The guarantee period quoted begins on the day you receive the purchased item, and the 'seven days' excludes Saturday and Sunday.
If you expect to be unable to have the goods back with us within the guarantee period, please phone to discuss the matter, and you will find us to be friendly and flexible.
Q. Can I visit your premises to view the items you have in stock?
A. No. We operate purely on a mail/internet order basis. We have no shop premises and all stock is held in a secure warehouse.
Q. How do I pay?
A. By clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button, you are connected to our secure card processor Worldpay, who operate in over 40 countries and are major global leaders in payment processing.
This secure system ensures that your card details are known only to yourself and Worldpay.
Q. I don't want to pay over the internet. What other payment methods are available?
A. You may pay by cheque (and exceptionally by cash) although dispatch will be delayed for cheque clearance, and we do not encourage cash to be sent through the post even by Special Delivery.
We also accept payment by inter bank transfer, and will supply details of our bank on request.
